IMPORTANT -- DO NOT attend
any of the classes or bring your dog for a one to one
or pet-care, day care or residential training if your
dog is coughing or sneezing or has an eye infection.
As a general rule if you think your dog has been unwell
within 7 days of your proposed attendance
please do not come to the centre but take veterinary
advice as soon as possible. If you have recently acquired
a dog please allow sufficient time to
establish if your dog is fit and well. If your dog has
recently been in boarding kennels or has been anywhere
where it could have contracted kennel cough please do
not come to the centre for at least 7 days to be on the
safe side.
Contact us if you are unsure.
Please
ensure that your dog is fully vaccinated. We must insist
that all dogs attending the centre for whatever reason
are also vaccinated against KENNEL COUGH.
For maximum protection the vaccine should be administered
by your vet at least 7 days prior to
your proposed attendance at the centre. For
further advice it is important to speak to your vet.
|
PUPPY / ELEMENTARY / INTERMEDIATE
COURSES to reserve your place please complete the
enrolment form and forward it to us. When you come along to
the centre to start your course please bring your dog `s vaccination
certificate with you. Remember that you may vary the times
you attend your course, there are six class times each week
for each level of training.
|
PLEASE NOTE:
There will be no refunds of
fees paid once a course has started. In case of holidays, bitches
in season, illness of owners or dog etc., we must be notified,
so that the course may be kept open. You may also transfer some
of your course lessons to one to one sessions only, if you wish.
It is important to benefit from the training
offered at WLCC that you endeavour to complete the course. Remember
in light of the legislation governing the control of
dogs in public places, it is a very good idea to
have a properly trained dog. An untrained dog is a liability
whereas a trained dog is an asset.
